- A minimal model that reproduces the problem, with confidential information removed.
For Confluence, say whether you are a reader, page editor or administrator, and whether the issue involves the diagram, Explore, catalogue or Rovo. Do not send passwords, access tokens or private repository credentials.
Before sending
Check troubleshooting, preserve unsaved work and determine whether the issue occurs in a fresh small example. If a save was uncertain, inspect the destination first so the report explains whether data was written.
Feature requests
Describe the task you want to complete and why the current workflow prevents it. A small example is more helpful than a request for an entire notation standard without a specific use case.
